The coup-de-grace, however, is Apex Predator. Between hitting even characters and dropping their accuracy with Swarming Corruption, bleeding out your team with Teeth Rake, and buffing himself with Submerge and Lurking Fear, Crocodilian can be quite the nuisance if left alive too long. On top of the battlefield gimmicks, Crocodilian comes in with a fairly respectable five attacks. Having a party that can deal with every position will come in handy here. Crocodilian won’t just hang back, however, and it will absolutely move around the battlefield on its own. These plants are both invulnerable and immovable, which is quite a pain considering very few attacks actually reach the fourth position. When the battle starts, Crocodilian is chilling in the fourth spot, with spots one, two, and three being occupied by reeds. He’s more than just your standard reed-sneaker, and he can end your adventure early if you don’t treat him with a little bit of respect.
